Pris – Altona

Rental cost: between 7,500 and 9,000 SEK/month, depending on the size of the room and whether the bathroom is shared or not.

Room size: between 9 and 18 square meters.

Monthly rent includes all costs (including breakfast and dinner) and is due at the beginning of each month.

One month’s deposit is due when you move in. You get the full amount back when you move out, unless there has been some damage to your room.

Any needed repairs will be deducted from your deposit.

Full academic year or minimum one term.

2 months’ advance notice.

Altona is closed between December 23rd and January 2nd, and 5 weeks during summer: the month of July and the first week of August.
