Fees
9.000 SEK/month; student price: 8.500 SEK/month.
Monthly rent includes all costs and is due at the beginning of each month.
Deposit
One month’s deposit is due when you move in. You get the full amount back when you move out, unless there has been some damage to your room.
Any needed repairs will be deducted from your deposit.
Contract
Full academic year or minimum one term.
Cancellation of contract
2 months’ advance notice.
